There are a lot of places on our planet that make you wonder if this is the same thing as Earth. Let’s get acquainted with some such places ..
Moon on Earth.
Scientists have discovered many places on Earth similar to the Moon. The most famous of these is the Movna Kia in Hawaii. It was here that many of the experiments were performed for the astronauts who went to the moon on Mission Apollo 11. It was here that they learned the basics of the Moon Word. People call this place Apollo Valley. Many experiments and studies required for the lunar mission were carried out here. The most important of these was training for astronauts.
Mars on Earth.
No wonder Mars is on Earth too. There is an area that is incredibly similar to the geography, climate and shape of Mars. The protagonist of the story is the Red Desert of Southern Utah. Utah has an extraordinary fusion with the features of our neighbor Mars in the Milky Way. It is also the headquarters of the Mars Desert Research Station on Mars.
Callisto on Earth.
Callisto is Jupiter’s second largest moon and the third largest in the Solar System. It was discovered by Galileo in the 17th century. Silica rocks and water ice are the main constituents of Callisto. Callisto has the largest crater surface in the Solar System. There is a place on earth that offers a similar experience to standing here. It is the Vredefort crater, the ring of mountains in South Africa.
