Mantis shrimp-the power of bullets

The Mantis Shrimp is a beautiful 4 to 6 inch long sea creature. Considered a species of shrimp, the mantis shrimp has a beautiful body of green, red and blue. If you put it in an aquarium because you think it's beautiful, you 'll be able to fold your arms and decide on the aquarium in one fell swoop. This is because this baby creature is at the forefront of the list of superpowers in the animal kingdom. The Mantis Shrimp has the power of a bullet coming out of a 22 caliber gun!

Their forelegs have the power to break down streams of crabs, oysters, and other creatures in one fell swoop and chase down predators. But even with all this force, they can still look at themselves without getting hurt. When the Mantis shrimp is used for studies, they are stored in sturdy tanks made of plastic. This is because the glass tanks will turn brown in a single blow.

These micro-organisms strike with 2500 times the force of their own body. The two legs on the body are like mats, which is why they are beaten. Unlike the creatures that have been discovered so far, the delicate internal structure allows the Mantis Shrimp to strike with such force without injuring itself.

Another amazing ability is the speed of attack. They can strike up to 500 times in the blink of an eye. Based on the internal structure of the Mantis Shrimp, the scientific community estimates that it can produce materials that are indestructible but lightweight. The hope of the scientists is that if this is possible, it will help to build vehicles that are safe from accidents and to keep explosives safer.
