Air Force One

The Air Force-One is a Boeing 747-200 or jumbo jet designed for the official travels of American presidents. Named the Flying White House, the aircraft has all the facilities of a weight house. It is equipped with self-propelled weapons and guns capable of countering and counterattacking both ground and air attacks. The U.S. military has two such aircraft, valued at $ 250 million. At 1014 km per hour, it can fly at an altitude of 12.550 km. They fly in any adverse weather conditions and have no mechanical problems during attacks. The cost of this aircraft is one lakh dollars per hour. Air Force One is controlled by US intelligence agencies.

Lyndon Johnson was sworn in as Air Force One on November 22, 1963, hours after President John F. Kennedy was shot. In the aftermath of the September 11, 2011 terrorist attacks, the then US President George W. Bush Bush switches to Air Force One from Sarasota, Florida.

The aircraft has an area of ​​4,000 square feet, is 70.4 meters long and 59.6 meters wide. It has three floors with a separate suite for the president. The president’s private room includes a bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a gym training area. In addition to the state-of-the-art communication network, the aircraft also has 85 telephones and 19 LCD screens. Equipped with bullet proof luxury car (limousine) and ambulance.

The aircraft can seat 102 people. Other amenities include a medical suite with medical facilities, special cabins for senior officials who are assistants to the president, a conference hall, accommodation for security personnel, seating for journalists, and staff rooms. The restaurant on the plane can serve up to 100 people at a time. The president will be able to communicate with any world leader during the flight via satellite.

It is designed to withstand terrorist attacks and even nuclear attacks. Defense systems, such as the Electric Defense System, can change the direction of enemy radars and destroy missiles. The aircraft’s mirror ball defense allows the infrared missile navigation system to blindfold and confuse enemy missiles to prevent an attack.

The U.S. president has the capability to counter-attack with a nuclear weapon and, if necessary, to sit on a plane and launch a nuclear counterattack. The aircraft has a military briefcase with a nuclear button attached.
